RECHARTER is what we refer to as renewing our Pack Membership and Individual Scout Membership with the National Boy Scouts of America organization. This fee covers your Scout's BSA Membership for next year, from January 2020 to December 2020. The National BSA dues have increased, therefore our pack dues had a slight increase as well.
